What forms of payment do you accept?
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. You may buy them at the studio or call or email to have one sent to you or the recipient. 570-788-3063 or email: email@example.com
What are the prices for a class?
Daytime sessions are usually $25 unless otherwise specified on the calendar. Evening sessions are $30 Sunday – Thursday, and $35 on Friday and Saturday evenings.
What should I wear?
We provide aprons to cover your outfit. But, because you are painting, shirts with sleeves that roll up or short sleeves are always best. Wear something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.
What type of paint do you use?
Acrylic paint – it’s permanent.
What size is the canvas?
We usually use a 16″ x 20″ canvas unless otherwise stated.
Will my painting dry before the end of the session?
It will be dry enough for transporting home. We have hair dryers to speed up the process. You may wish to put newspaper down on your backseat or trunk.
Can I come up with a painting idea/subject that isn’t in the gallery?
Sure! Let us know well in advance and one of our artists will come up with what you want for your private party. It will cost an extra $25.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Only a beverage & snack of your choice, if you so desire. We supply the cups/glassware, eating utensils, plates, napkins, and corkscrew/bottle opener. We also have free coffee and water bottles for our guests.
Do we tip the artist?
Although our artists are not “starving”, surely they appreciate your appreciation. A tip jar will be placed by their easel.
Is this just for beginners?
No! Although NO experience is necessary, you will be encouraged to use whatever talent you have.
